We apply a safe and effective prespray to the areas to be cleaned, breaking the bond between the soil and carpet fibers. All soil and any cleaning detergents are then thoroughly rinsed away using our high powered truck mounted steam cleaning system. We prefer to use a fresh soft water rinse instead of rinsing with chemicals that can leave a sticky residue which causes re-soiling once we are gone. The result is clean, soft, fresh smelling carpet and a healthier home.

**Scotchgard or teflon carpet protection
Carpet protection is applied after the carpet has been professionally cleaned. It creates a protective layer or barrier between the carpet fibers and the top surface not allowing dirt and stains to get embedded into the carpet. This helps prevent the breakdown and premature wearing of the carpet prolonging its life. Another benefit is obtaining better results when spot cleaning between professional cleaning.
